CREATING CALENDAR FROM GOOGLE APPSThis is a short example of how you can get a printout of the dynamic calendar from your Google apps application. I will show an account setup with a bicycle club CBBC. First I will go to: http://calendar.cbbikeclub.org/ and enter my username and password: I will then click on the list of calendars that I want included in my listing. Simply click on the name to highlight of un-highlight. I would then select the agenda view to see a listing. You could also select the month view to print out a traditional calendar. The traditional calendar view will chop longer listings however. After you have the agenda view, simply click the print link to go to the next step. Here you can select the date range and other items to be included. That's it! Here is the PDF example output. |
